Was thinking that your blog looked a little empty so I've decided to post to you.
What came to mind when I was thinking about what to write here was the feelings and thoughts YOU were having about IDMM as a subject.
That is, what do you hope to teach US in regard to Instructional Design? What do you want US to walk away with at the end of it all?
I ask you this because I think that if we understand what YOUR goals for us are, then we will have a better direction in our own learning.
Also, how does a subject like IDMM relate to HRD as a whole? What and how does this subject give us specific knowledge and skill for when we go out into the workplace?
Thanks, hope to hear answers from you (and others) soon!
